Singin' in the Rain (and by rain I mean shower)

I was in the shower the other day, and I was completely alone in the house. Now, if I know I'm completely alone in my house, I will totally sing in the shower. I have my phone playing music (because my phone is just that cool) out loud in the bathroom, and I sing to my heart's content. So, of course, I was singing away in the shower. All of a sudden, one of my very favorite songs comes on (Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen) and I couldn't help but sing it. Well, while I'm singing it, I hear this banging on the door, and then somebody starts singing it with me. Haha, needless to say, I was pretty embarrassed that somebody (turns out, it was my little brother) heard me singing in the shower, but it was equally hilarious that he was singing it with me.

And if anybody wants to buy some used textbooks, you know, just for kicks on eBay....talk to me. I'll hook you up. As for why you would be buying used textbooks on eBay...well, that's your business, not mine.

I'm too scared that water will get in my mouth.... No singing for me!

I sing. I usually make up my own words about my husband and wait to see if he hears and notices. It's pretty funny.

I love singing in the shower! I sound great. Everywhere else I sound horrible.

Of course you couldn't help singing along to Bohemian Rhapsody. A classic like that should definitely be sung at the top of one's lungs.

Here is a situation for you: Singing in the grocery store along with the piped in elevator music, as an attempt to entertain your kids, only to have a complete stranger sing back to you. :) Now that is more than just a bit embarrassing!

Haha, no way 3 Bay B Chicks? That's pretty hilarious. I went up to a woman the other day in the mall, thinking it was my mom and just started talking to her, not really paying attention, and then I realized my mistake. I guess that wasn't really related to what you said, per se...but it reminded me of it. :)

Hey! It's fun to read your blog and remember my first semester in college! Finals were totally crazy. You may have mentioned this somewhere, but what are you majoring in?

April, welcome (and welcome to 3 Bay B Chicks too....I forgot to mention that earlier....both of you stop and take a gander whenever you want...I enjoy comments) and actually, haha, I have no idea what to major in. Something artsy I'm thinking, since that's what I enjoy most, but I'm just trying to figure it out still.

Nice, Jake.

oh, and your phone was SO cool. Comments like that freak me out to see how far we've come with technology in the last six years.
