While walking on the sidewalk today...

I was walking to my Psychology 111 class this morning, and of course I was late. I had turned off my alarm mistakenly, and I looked at the clock at 7:33 and realized that I needed to get in the shower right then in order to get to my 8:00 class by at least ten after.

Well, as I'm just meandering over to the back of the HBLL, I passed one of the many signs that usually contains information about an upcoming dance, or a BYUSA activity, or other things like that. I casually glanced at it and saw that it was advertising this weekend's rivalry game between BYU and U of U. It then stated, "So don't forget to support your school and wear blue and white this week!" My mind did the equivalent of breaking really fast when you're driving on the road. I kind of slowed my pace, looked down at my clothes, and laughed. I was wearing my bright, blood red, long-sleeved shirt with my white and red coat.

Oops.

I started laughing. Yesterday, I wore my favorite, bright red coat all day. So, basically...so far this week...I haven't worn really anything to support my school. Shun me now.

Oh, and there's a happy thing to celebrate about today. I finally have a legitimately okay draft of my research paper (which I have to turn into a Wikipedia page) for my writing class! That paper has been a thorn in my side for the past two months, I kid you not. It's been terrible. And finally, I have a pretty okay draft! It's always getting the draft down that kind of sucks, and then it's mildly smooth sailing from there.

And if you're interested in reading more about emetophobia, stay tuned and in the next couple weeks, a more elaborate Wikipedia article including some awesome pictures will be there to teach you about it! Go on. Look up what that phobia is. I *dare* you.

You know, if you were at any other school, they would really discourage their students to be flying red and blue. As long as you don't have a red bandana hanging out your back pocket, I think you're good.

I wore a U sweatshirt on BYU campus the other day. I was shunned. pssh I don't care either way. I didn't even know what the U was when I came to BYU.

I can't wait for some graphic pictures of emetophobia. Should make for some interesting conversation. I could get some of your sister if you would like:-) she seems to be doing that a lot lately.

Way to go on wearing red, You REBEL.

I totally would have worn red on purpose. Just to be a brat, and show how much disdain I have for sports.

Oh, have I not aired my views on BYU football?

DOWN WITH DOUBLE STANDARDS FOR ATHLETES. GO U!!

Okay, that's all. Other than that I really like BYU.

Also, looking forward to your wikipedia article ; )
