Deep Breaths, Kayleigh....

How is it that with socks and moccasins on, under a fleece blanket my feet are still freakin' cold? Psh.

I've officially listened to my favorite song slash this blog's namesake about twenty times in the past hour. When I'm stressed or anxious, it calms me down, and it's been doing its job phenomenally. That and the fact that what was causing me anxiety didn't happen when it was supposed to (no surprise there). Lovely.

I have a job interview tomorrow for a potential summer job, which is also causing me anxiety and stress, but I've been reading up on calming techniques and, oddly enough, they've given me some great insight. It's ridiculous how anxious I get over stupid things. Like when a guy I really like comes and picks me up for a date or something, my stress level goes nuts. Probably not a good thing.

Oh well. Lived with it for 19 years and I haven't died, so maybe I'll be okay.

I had a phone call with my health coach and somewhere in the form I filled out I accidentally put that I was 7 out of 10 stressed about my health and he was all concerned about me. And I was like, "Yeah, that's definitely a mistake.... it's more like a 1...MAYBE a 2?"

Hope your life is far less stressful these days.
